受注予約について | PRE-ORDER INFO

【お支払いについて】
お支払いは予約時にお支払い頂く事になり、
お支払いが済んだ時点で受付完了となります。
クレジットカードをご利用の方も同様で、予約頂いた時点でお支払い頂く事になります。
銀行振込、ATMをご利用の場合、ご予約後72時間以内に振込が確認されない場合キャンセルとなりますのでご注意下さい。

【発送について】
お伝えする発送日時はあくまで予想なので変更になる可能性があります。
遅延が決定した場合も、Eメールにてご連絡差し上げます。

【受注予約と販売中の商品の発送について】
受注予約商品と、販売中の商品を同時にご注文して頂いた場合、受注予約商品の納品後、まとめて発送させて頂く事になりますのでご注意ください。
販売中のアイテムが早めに欲しい方は、お手数ですが、個別のオーダーをお願い致します。

【商品キャンセルについて】
予約のキャンセルをご希望の場合は、48時間以内にご連絡ください。
注文確認メール、もしくは info@blxcktokyo.com までご連絡ください。
48時間を経過してしまうとキャンセルできなくなるのでご注意下さい。

PAYMENT
Payment in full is required at the time of ordering. If you choose credit card as your method of payment, your card will be charged immediately after ordering. Those wishing to pay via ATM transfer must complete their payment within 72 hours or the order will be cancelled.

SHIPPING
Although we try our best to determine when pre-orders will ship, the anticipated shipping times are an estimate and cannot be guaranteed. In the event of a delay in shipping, we will notify you via email.

PRE-ORDERS & IN STOCK ITEMS
Please note that if your order contains both in stock and pre-order items, it will not ship until all items become available. If you require an in stock item quickly, please make a separate order.

CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your pre-order, please respond to your order confirmation e-mail or contact us at info@blxcktokyo.com within 48 hours of placing your order. Requests for cancellations after 48 hours will not be accepted.
